“Coming home last Sunday late afternoon, driving on US 223 North near Palmyra, MI, coming from Ohio to Jackson, MI after a long weekend camping, we had an issue with my driver's side rear wheel on my Silverado truck while pulling my 35ft. 5th wheel. The wheel had 4 lug nuts and studs snapped off leaving the remaining lug nuts and studs under some major stress and the wheel just about ready to fly off. A nice couple saw what was going on and turned around to flagg me down and make sure we were pulled off the highway in a safe manner and that everyone was o.k. Not knowing what, where or who to call for assistance, and not really getting any help from our AAA service, I saw Next Level Automotive services ad and saw they worked on big trucks and provided road service repairs I called them and spoked to Nick Wegman, who stated he was the owner and would love to assist me and to stay where I was and he would personally drive over to see just what was needed to help me. After Nick came, he said that he could have his crew fix my issue by pulling the wheel off and replacing the 4 broken suds but also recommeded to replace the other 4 because of the stress on them. He also said they would verifly wheather the truck had any other issues and would be safe to drive. the tire was o.k. but my rim was damaged and unsafe. He placed a call into his service and found that he was the only one available at this hour and stated that he would to the repair by himself and get us back on the road as quickly and safely as he could. After some major work getting the repair done, 4 hours later we were heading home. He also sugguested that we take the truck in the next morning to let my dealer check everything from their shop too. He did suggest that I get another truck here to pull my 35ft. 5th wheel home or he would get their tow truck and driver to take it and not take a chance on something go wrong on our way home again. I want to thank him for his professional service and how he dropped everything on a Sunday afternoon to assist My wife and I with our troubles. I will always try to call upon he company to assist me with my needs while traveling in service area. Thank you Nick and Next Level Automotive for your wonderful service and willingness to assist me on your normally day off.”

“I never heard of this company until I broke down in Milan mi I had a bad day from the day before delivering in Ohio so going home that day my truck was dumping oil out I couldn’t find out where it was coming from made it to Milan to a pilot truck stop with a garage and they couldn’t do anything with it they didn’t know any good repair shop to even recommend me to go to so finally morning came and after being frustrated looking online for shops I ran across Next Level Automotive LLC talked to Nick he said come on down he said they will take care of it and he did I will say it wasn’t an easy job or fix for them but Nick and his crew did not give up on the job Then Nick hit me up and said found oil leak stopped oil leak truck is fixed I mean I really appreciate what they did for Donnise trucking llc they are honest make sure you understand what’s going on or what the problem is what can I say great job guys very professional just all of the above thanks again guys can’t say it enough.”
